Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd (Tetra Tech International Development) as the managing contractor of the Aus4Skills Program and the Vietnam Australia Centre (VAC) on behalf of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is seeking a tenders from Australian service providers to design and deliver a Knowledge Exchange to Australia on Institutional Innovation and Digital Transformation in the Public Sector (the “Activity”) for up to 20 senior leaders from the foundational partners of the Vietnam Australia Centre and other relevant Ministries, including provincial leaders, as further described in the Part B, Scope of Services.
It is intended that a single organisation (either alone or as the lead of a consortium) be contracted to design and deliver the Activity.
Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd (Tetra Tech International Development) as the managing contractor of Australia Cambodia Partnership for Climate Resilience (ACP4Climate) on behalf of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations or consortia to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM).
The successful Tenderer will deliver:
- An Interim National Water Resources Master Plan; and
- Foundational inputs for a National Water Resources Assessment, including analytical frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and baseline assessments.
The services will support strengthened water governance in Cambodia by providing evidence-based, climate-informed, and inclusive planning tools and frameworks aligned with national priorities.
Conditionally, the successful Tenderer may also deliver the services required to finalise the National Water Resources Assessment, including the delivery of modelling and scenario analysis to further build the evidence base for decision making.
Tetra Tech International Development, the Managing Contractor for the Australia Awards in Indonesia (AAI) is seeking tenders for the design and delivery of Women MSME export opportunities under IA-CEPA short course.
Tenders are sought in accordance with the AAI Short Course Guidelines and as per the details more fully described in this Request for Tender (RFT) documentation.
Details of the course are included in Part B – Scope of Services. To tender to design and deliver this course the lead business must be a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia or an Australian tertiary institution as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2003 Table A, B and C. AAI will exclude a tenderer on the grounds of bankruptcy, insolvency, false declarations, or significant deficiencies in performance of any substantive requirement or obligation under a prior contract with Tetra Tech International Development or AAI.

The Regional Trade for Development (RT4D) initiative is funded by both the Governments of Australia and New Zealand. It assists ASEAN Member States (AMS) in meeting their commitments and realising the advantages offered by the Agreement establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area, or AANZFTA, and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, or RCEP.
Through the AANZFTA Implementation Support Program (AISP) and the RCEP Implementation Support Program (RISP), RT4D provides tailored support to enhance the capabilities of ASEAN Member States by strengthening skills, building networks, facilitating policy options and ensuring that trade benefits everyone, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), women and people with disabilities.
The Governments of Australia and New Zealand have committed up to AUD 53.3 million to fund RT4D from 2020-21 to 2027-28.
TGEI plans to produce a short video (up to five minutes) from June to September 2026. The video will be engaging and informative, giving the audience a clear understanding of what TGEI and does, how it contributes to advancing gender equality and inclusion in trade with a focus on real-word relevance and impact.
