KONEKSI is seeking a qualified organization/firm to manage the end-to-end production of ECC Book Volume II
The objective of this assignment is to synthesise KONEKSI-supported environment and climate change research findings into an impactful resource, KONEKSI aims to produce a second volume of the ECC Knowledge Synthesis Book, building on the first volume, which featured 20 research stories. This Volume II will synthesise and present the remaining 17 KONEKSI-supported ECC research studies, distilling their key insights, approaches, and outcomes.

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Country Program Manager, the Office Assistant will provide administrative support including cleaning and janitorial services within the ASIPJ program office. As part of the Operations Hub including the Finance Manager, Finance Officer and Operations and Procurement Officer and will be managed by the Country Program Manager.

Overview
The Operations and Procurement Officer is part of ASIPJ’s Operations team, consisting of the Deputy Team Leader, Senior Finance and Operations Manager[1], Finance Officer, and Cleaner (part-time). This position is primarily responsible for supporting the program on operations, logistics, procurement, and administration.

Line manager and directly report to: Communications and Engagement Director (DTL), Strongim Bisnis
Works with: Communications, Partnerships, Finance and Operations, and MRM teams
This consultancy will support the Strongim Bisnis Communications team to develop high-quality, clearanceready
written products in a timely manner, including media releases and social media copy for Australian
Government-facing communications. The consultant will also deliver some practical writing coaching to
strengthen the writing capability of mid-level staff, improving quality, consistency, and speed of drafting
across the program.
Oversee operations, HR, finance and compliance for DFAT’s GEDSI Support Unit, ensuring alignment with DFAT requirements, strong governance, accessible systems, and effective delivery across a dispersed advisory team
Position: Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) Manager

Location: Honiara, Solomon Islands
Duration: Full-time, initial contract until 30 June 2027 with possible extension to 2029

Direct reports: MRM Senior Coordinators and Field Researchers
The MRM Manager leads the design and continual improvement of a rigorous MRM system. The system will draw on international best practice and be consistent with both the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) M&E standards, and the Donor Committee on Enterprise Development (DCED) Standard for Results Measurement.
The MRM Manager leads a team, consisting of a Field Researcher and Senior Coordinator(s), to implement the MRM system, and ensure that related activities for field monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting of results are well planned, adequately resourced, and effectively delivered. This will ensure that relevant and useful information and learnings are generated on a timely basis for internal Strongim Bisnis team members (consisting of Partnership Managers, sector teams, hub leads and the Senior Management Team), as well as external stakeholders, including DFAT and Solomon Islands Government (SIG) officials and representatives.
The MRM Manager is also responsible for leading the analysis of program impact and value for money and supporting senior management decision-making towards needed program adaptations to these ends. These activities directly contribute to the quality and effectiveness of program delivery of expected outcomes and impacts, as well as improved external stakeholder appreciation of the value of Strongim Bisnis within DFAT’s Solomon Island economic growth portfolio.
