Project Summary

The AISP Implementation Support Program (AISP), implemented RT4D Facility, aims to support AMS to realise the full benefits of the AANZFTA through the provision of capacity-building support and access to technical expertise.

The following project is approved under AISP.

• Project Name: “Development of Project Design for Enhancing Competitiveness and Inclusiveness in Services Trade under the AANZFTA.”
• Project Objective: The objective of this Project is to develop a high quality and robust project design in close collaboration with the RT4D Facility, the Project Proponent, the ASEAN Secretariat and representatives from AANZFTA Governments. The project design will follow a standard RT4D template and specify in detail activities/tasks, outputs and outcomes, MEL/GEDSI/Communications strategies and approach to risk management for the project “Enhancing Competitiveness and Inclusiveness in Services Trade under the AANZFTA.”

APEP seeks to engage a Technical Expert (individual consultant or consulting firm) to provide technical support to the Cocoa Board in designing and implementing a comprehensive cocoa cost of production study, building institutional capacity, and producing actionable insights to inform policy, industry, and farmer support programs.
