We are seeking a Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Adviser to progress GEDSI equality and equity and impact across the Mekong region. In this pivotal role, you will use your stakeholder liaison and diplomacy skills to work closely with and build relationships to progress equality and equity issues; and implement the ambitious MAP GEDSI Strategy.
Tetra Tech International Development Pty Ltd (Tetra Tech International Development) as the managing contractor of Mekong-Australia Partnerships on behalf of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is seeking proposals from experienced Australian training providers who can design and deliver the Mekong Leaders Network.

The Australia Awards South Asia & Mongolia program is seeking technical proposals from Registered Training Organisations in Australia, or Australian tertiary institutions as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2003 Table A, B and C, to design and deliver a Short Course on Championing Excellence: India-Australia Para-Athletic Coaching Short Course (India).
The Kokoda Initiative Partnership (KIP) is aligned to the Government of PNG (GoPNG) Kokoda Initiative Master Plan (KIMP) established to protect the Kokoda Track, Brown River catchment and Owen Stanley Range; improve services for local communities; enhance the trekking experience; improve safety; and preserve the Kokoda Track region’s unique culture and military history. The KIMP outlines the framework through which GoPNG support and investments are aligned. It depicts three discrete pillars of support, the Track, the People, and the Environment.
The KIP contributes to KIMP through five End of Program Outcomes (EOPOs).
EOPO 1: The Kokoda Track remains open, safe, and accessible for visitors and community members.
EOPO 2: NMAG and the Kokoda Track Authority (KTA)/Kokoda Track Management Authority (KTMA) identify, protect, and promote military heritage.
EOPO 3: Kokoda Track communities are engaged in more diversified income earning activities and have improved health and education outcomes.
EOPO 4: Women and vulnerable groups have improved access to income generation opportunities and inclusive services.
EOPO 5: The Kokoda Track Protected Area (the current IPZ) is managed sustainably and consistently with consent of landowners and communities.
Tetra Tech International Development, the Managing Contractor for the Australia Awards in Indonesia (AAI) is seeking tenders for the design and delivery of the challenge of mis and disinformation: fostering information integrity and media literacy in the digital age short course. Tenders are sought in accordance with the AAI Short Course Guidelines and as per the details more fully described in this Request for Tender (RFT) documentation. Details of the course are included in Part B – Scope of Services. To tender to design and deliver this course the lead business must be a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia or an Australian tertiary institution as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2003 Table A, B and C. AAI will exclude a tenderer on the grounds of bankruptcy, insolvency, false declarations, or significant deficiencies in performance of any substantive requirement or obligation under a prior contract with Tetra Tech International Development or AAI.

The Opportunity:
The Humanitarian Logistics Capability (HLC), based in Brisbane, plays a vital role in Australia’s rapid and coordinated humanitarian response across the Indo-Pacific. As Response Coordinator, you will contribute to HLC’s humanitarian response and service order management activities by providing essential operational and administrative support.
Reporting to the Humanitarian Response Lead, you will work closely with and support the Response Operations Managers in the delivery of HLC activities and activations. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to assist with logistics planning, coordination, deployment, and operational readiness across the program. You will also engage with key partners, including DFAT, ADF, and humanitarian organisations, helping to ensure the timely and flexible delivery of emergency relief.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in humanitarian logistics, working as part of a high-performing team and contributing to the effective delivery of emergency supplies to communities in need.
The purpose of these Terms of Reference (ToR) is to engage an Independent Evaluation Committee Member to support a live procurement process being led by the Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF).
Background
VNPF has approached a number of firms to undertake a comprehensive business case study on establishing a VNPF superannuation entity in Australia. The proposed purpose of establishing the entity is to provide an option for Pacific-Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme workers and Vanuatu diaspora.
The objectives of the business case study engagement are to:
a) Assess the feasibility of establishing a superannuation entity in Australia for ni-Vanuatu citizens and recommend possible short-term (Trustee arrangements) and long-term (VNPF Registered Superannuation Entity) options as well to undertake an assessment of how these options could interact with future portability arrangements between Australia and Vanuatu.
b) Produce a business case for recommended short- and long-term options outlining strategic goals, a proposed governance structure, legal, financial and marketing considerations and a draft implementation roadmap.
