PATH Program is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the short-term role of Technical Advisor - Organisation Capacity Development Specialist (OCDS)| to be based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

We are looking for a highly professional Socio-Economic Specialist to work with the Ministry of Finance, Government of Tuvalu. This position is for up to six months for the provision of advisory services and to review the cost of living in Tuvalu. Completion of this review will enable the Government to make informed decisions and recommendations to address issues related to the cost of living in Tuvalu and broadly achieving socio-economic outcomes relevant to Tuvalu's context.
