Through the AANZFTA Implementation Support Program (AISP) and the RCEP Implementation Support Program (RISP), RT4D provides tailored support to enhance the capabilities of ASEAN Member States by strengthening skills, building networks, facilitating policy options and ensuring that trade benefits everyone, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), women and people with disabilities.

• Project Name: Thriving Ecosystem for Inclusive Entrepreneurship within the AANZFTA Region through IP Branding Strategy and Knowledge Sharing
• Project Objectives: Entrepreneurs with disabilities (EWDs) in Cambodia and the AANZFTA region face significant barriers in accessing intellectual property (IP) support and building strong brands due to accessibility challenges, limited resources, and systemic inequalities. This project aims to strengthen an inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystem by building the capacity of both EWDs and IP officials, improving EWDs’ access to IP rights and enabling their participation in regional and international markets.

• Project Name: “Ecolabelling Training for ASEAN Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).”
• Project Objective: The primary objectives of this project are to:
  • Equip ASEAN SMEs with knowledge and skills on ecolabelling standards and practices.
  • Promote the production of green products that align with international market requirements.
  • Enhance the competitiveness of ASEAN SMEs in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • Foster sustainable business practices across ASEAN SMEs.

• Project Objectives: This project aims to build capacity for AANZFTA Parties on the implementation of the Second Protocol for AANZFTA specific to STRACAP by conducting a comprehensive review and analysis of the Protocol’s impact on ASEAN, SC-STRACAP, and relevant business implications; identifying and assessing potential SC-STRACAP activities in response to the Protocol in alignment with the ACCSQ Sectoral Plan 2026–2030 and the Built-In Agenda; and developing a consolidated roadmap of recommended actions for SC-STRACAP’s consideration.
