The Pacific Labour Mobility Support Program’s (PLMSP) role is to provide the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and governments in 9 PICs and Timor-Leste with support to enable workers to access PALM scheme in inclusive ways that maximise the benefits for the workers and national economies while minimising risks from labour mobility participation. The HR Manager will lead the implementation of HR and organizational policies with MAP SU, manage recruitment, ensure compliance with Thai employment law, and support the performance management and development of our team. You will partner with the executive management team in navigating complex scenarios to drive positive results, being an effective strategic partner for the Mekong Hub at Bangkok Post. Play a critical role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws for the MAP SU.

We are seeking the services of an experienced provider to assist in:

1. Mapping referral pathways to support inclusion for children with additional needs in the school environment (focusing on Prep, Grade 1 and Grade 2); and

2. Assistive device procurement and resource management for primary schools in targeted locations. 

The services will need to be undertaken in a manner to support PIE achieve its objectives related to inclusive access and retention in early grades education.
