We are looking for our next Operations Manager to join our team of high performing experts, who are passionate about delivering for the community, on our infrastructure project in Kiribati. You will oversee program operations for the delivery of small to medium value infrastructure projects in Kiribati, working with a team delivering important social and community infrastructure that is sustainable, resilient and meets the needs of I-Kiribati people. In this role you will optimise how we work, lead a diverse team, ensure program deliverables are met, maintain compliance with procedures and policies and manage resources. You will love that no two days are the same and enjoy working closely with our partners in Kiribati and the program team.
