Cowater International seeks to engage three (3) Solar Forecasting Service Providers (SFSPs) to participate in a pilot project in Cambodia.

The Program Performance Officer is to support program quality and learning, including planning and managing data collection, conducting interviews, managing the evidence gathered, and collating and sharing information.

The Program Performance Strategic Adviser (the Adviser) will offer strategic assistance to the implementation of the MEL Plan and provide quality assurance to the MEL products and services.
