Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to work alongside the Secretary for the Department of Personnel Management (DPM). The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for providing high-level advice and co-facilitation of workshops for multiple agencies, assisting with the development, review, and implementation of select GoPNG agency learning and development plans.

Labour Mobility Engagement Manager -Kiribati (PLMSP - Palladium)
Project Overview:
The Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme is a signature initiative for the Australian Government that enables workers from 9 Pacific Island Countries (PICs) and Timor-Leste to work in priority sectors in Australia. The Pacific Labour Mobility Support Program’s (PLMSP) role is to provide the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and governments in 9 PICs and Timor-Leste with support to enable workers to access the PALM scheme in inclusive ways that maximise the benefits for the workers and national economies while minimising risks from labour mobility participation. Palladium is contracted to deliver PLMSP on behalf of DFAT.
Role Overview:
The Labour Mobility Engagement Manager (EM) in Kiribati will be the key convener of PLMSP support to the Government of Kiribati, other identified stakeholders and the primary PLMSP counterpart for DFAT post.
This is a fixed term opportunity required till September 2028 with possibility of extension.

They will support Labour Mobility Unit's (LMU) engagement with Australian employers and provide operational support in key areas, including welfare, communication, reintegration, recruitment, and pre-departure briefings specific to the PNG context.
This is a two year fixed term opportunity with possibility of extension.
