The Opportunity

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to work alongside the Secretary for the Department of Personnel Management (DPM). The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for providing high-level advice and co-facilitation of workshops for multiple agencies, assisting with the development, review, and implementation of select GoPNG agency learning and development plans.

• Two years fixed term contract with the possibility of an extension • Based in Port Moresby, PNG with possibility of relocation to a region in PNG • Open to both international and national candidates
