The Solomon Islands Infrastructure Program (SIIP) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to complete an Independent Technical Review (ITR) of design deliverables being produced by the lead design consultant who will be engaged by SIIP under a separate contract for the rehabilitation of the Auki to Bina section of the Malaita South Road.

The scope of the ITR generally includes a review of the design basis, drawings and specifications against project requirements, applicable standards, and industry best practice, at each stage of the design process.

Applications are open to all eligible consultants as defined in the tender document, which is available free of charge from the SIIP website. Those wishing to submit a tender are requested to:
