The Australia Awards South Asia & Mongolia program is seeking technical proposals from Registered Training Organisations in Australia, or Australian tertiary institutions as defined in the Higher Education Support Act, 2003 Table A, B and C, to design and deliver a Short Course on Agriculture and Food Security Short Course (India)
Australia Awards – South Asia & Mongolia (the Program) is seeking a cost-effective training program for up to 20 participants. This Short Course will be delivered via blended delivery over four months, commencing in April 2025 and completing no later than June 2025.
This Short Course seeks is to support mid-level professionals working in sectors relevant to agriculture, trade and food security to further deepen their understanding of agriculture and food security topics. This course will cover off on seven main themes, which will include the Global Trends in Agriculture, Sustainability, Agriculture and Production Systems, the Markets and Trade, Animal and Plant Health, Aquaculture and Fisheries and Operating Environment & Technology
This Short Course will provide an opportunity for participants to share their experiences with both practitioners and academia. They will be provided with opportunities to network with each other and relevant counterparts and have the opportunity to gain insights and perspectives within a supportive learning environment.
