The Role

Prospera seeks a firm with expertise and experience in developing comprehensive digital transformation strategies and institutional readiness for transformation. The selected firm is expected to assess Komdigi’s existing structure and processes, identify gaps, and deliver a robust transformation vision and strategy aligned with national priorities. This includes providing a concept and roadmap for enhancing institutional readiness—covering governance, policy alignment, collaboration mechanisms, and capacity building. The firm should also be capable of offering just-in-time advisory support to address emerging challenges and ensure the timely implementation of Komdigi’s digital transformation agenda as guided by Komdigi and Prospera.

About You

The Consultant must:

• Be financially sound and have been operational for at least three (3) years, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects.
• Possess proven experience in supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly within public sector institutions or organisations in developing countries.
• Demonstrate expertise in developing comprehensive transformation frameworks, institutional readiness assessments, and strategic plans aligned with national digital transformation objectives.

Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
