About You
The Legal firm must be an Indonesian law firm with a permit to practice in Indonesia and have a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and legal compliance in Indonesia, with more than 5 years of experience, and ideally with prior experience in completing reviews of government legal instruments.
Note: If the bid is submitted by a consortium of law firms, there should be a lead bidder nominated with whom Prospera can contract. All bid proposals, whether by consortium or a single organisation, will need to meet the outlined scope of work in the Request for Tender document.
Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
