About the Proposal

The Pacific Australia Skills is a development assistance program funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and managed by DT Global. It provides a range of support services to DFAT and Technical Advisers deployed to work in Timor-Leste.

The Timor-Leste National Institute for Workforce Development (INDMO) requires a high-quality accessible website to enable its Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) regulatory and quality assurance functions, its engagement and information sharing with target audiences about its purpose and programs, and its promotion of the Timorese TVET sector through activities and events such as Skills competitions and conferences.

Pacific Australia Skills wishes to engage a qualified company with demonstrated expertise and experience to work in Timor-Leste with INDMO, and remotely, to redesign and enhance the INDMO public website.

Description

How to Apply

Your response to this RFQ should consist of two separate electronic files:

1. Technical Proposal:

 Parts 1 and 2: Company Details and Technical Information

  • Provide company details, supporting documents and responses to selection criteria on the company’s technical and corporate capability. This should be up to 5 pages maximum.

Part 3: Previous Project Experience

  • The Tenderers should provide up to three (3) examples of current or previous project activities which highlight their ability to perform the required services.

Part 4: Resources

  • Tenderers are required to identify resources (team composition) and outline experiences and qualifications of each team member using the template provided. Provide up to 5 short CVs (maximum 2 pages each)

2. Financial Proposal

Part 5: Financial Proposal, tenderers are required to provide a quotation for undertaking the work and demonstrating value for money.

The quotation should be comprised of:
