About the Proposal

The PNG Campus Management Service is responsible for the daily upkeep and operational support of the Pacific Australia Skills facility located at Idubada within the Port Moresby Technical Services precinct. The service provider shall ensure the smooth and effective operation of campus facilities through the provision of the following services:

  • Campus Cleaning and Waste Management
  • Catering Services
  • Laundry & Facility Cleaning Services
  • Transport and Logistics Support
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Monitoring and Reporting

Background

Pacific Australia Skills is a development assistance program funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and managed by DT Global. Pacific Australia Skills is an Australian Government initiative aimed at enhancing skills and training in the Pacific region and Timor-Leste, focusing on employment opportunities and economic growth.

Pacific Australia Skills builds on the successes of the Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC) and aims to deliver training and qualifications that prepare individuals for employment both locally and internationally.

What services does Pacific Australia Skills wish to procure through this RFT?

Pacific Australia Skills wishes to engage a company to deliver the campus management support services in PNG to ensure the smooth and effective operation of campus facilities.

Description

How to Apply

Your response to this RFQ should consist of two separate electronic files:

1. Technical Proposal:

 Parts 1 and 2: Company Details and Technical Information

  • Provide company details, supporting documents and responses to selection criteria on the company’s technical and corporate capability.

Part 3: Previous Work Experience

  • The Tenderers should provide up to three (3) examples of current or previous work activities which highlight their ability to perform the required services. Each example is limited to one (1) A4 page and should be in the format provided.

Part 4: Resources

  • Tenderers are required to identify resources (team composition) and outline experiences and qualifications of each team member using the template provided.

2. Financial Proposal

Part 5: Financial Proposal, tenderers are required to provide a quotation for undertaking the work and demonstrating value for money. The quotation should be comprised of:

Camp Management

  • Daily fixed price for up to 25 residents (excluding close-down periods)
  • Daily fixed price for each resident over 25 residents (excluding close-down periods)
  • Daily fixed price during close-down periods.

Casual Meal Rates

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
