Scope of Services
TASP wishes to engage a contractor to redesign and enhance the TNQAB public website. This includes gathering requirements, creating a new design, developing the website on a CMS platform, providing training and support to local staff on the use and management of the website, and ensuring system integration, high level security, and user-friendliness. The project also involves post-launch hosting, maintenance, and project management to improve public communication and transparency around qualifications and quality assurance processes. Responsibilities:
The contractor will be required to provide the following services/goods:
Activity 1 – Requirements Gathering: The consultant will work closely with TNQAB counterparts to discuss and document requirements for the TNQAB website including the training of a TNQAB officer to update the database sections of the website. This activity will take place through a series of consultations at the inception of the project.
Activity 2 – Website Design: The consultant will undertake a design activity with TNQAB to reach agreement on the final design of the new website.
Activity 3 – Website Development: The consultant firm will undertake development of the TNQAB website. Please note that the title to all Intellectual Property rights in or in relation to the website shall vest upon its creation in DT Global.
Activity 4 – Support Services: The Consultant Firm will provide 6 months of services including but not limited to hosting, training of staff (min. 2 sessions), troubleshooting and problem solving, address any final issues, etc.
