The Role

Prospera is seeking the services of a firm to deliver this activity and the respective outputs. A suitable firm will have expert knowledge and extensive experience in policy advisory and advocacy services relating to private sector development including trade, investment and industrial policy, strategic communication capabilities, expansive networks of key players in the relevant sectors/industries, especially those that are focusing on embracing green transition of the industry, and industry expertise relating to green transition.

About You

The qualified firm will possess strong qualifications and experience as follows:

• A team with skills and expertise in private sector development and industrial policy, green transition, government relations, policy design & execution, and strategic communications.

• At least 10 years’ experience in private sector development and policy analysis and communications and a proven track record in successfully delivering similar multi-output complex projects.

• Deep understanding of the policymaking process in developing countries, especially in Indonesia.

• Demonstrated excellence in developing communication products that clearly convey strategic narratives, with a particular emphasis on economic development.

• Strong track record of project development and execution, under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.

• ·Proven ability to build effective working relationships with senior government officials and the private sector, along with a strong understanding of institutional capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English and demonstrated ability to produce outputs in English. Ability to understand and communicate in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
