The RT4D Facility seeks a firm/organization (the Consultant) to support the implementation of the project: Empowering Women and People with Disabilities through ODOP Development, Packaging Design, and E-Commerce in Lao PDR. The Consultant is expected to work from December 2025 – August 2026.
