Background
KATALIS 2.0 is a five-year Australian Government-funded program supporting the implementation of IA-CEPA and promoting inclusive trade and investment between Indonesia and Australia. KATALIS is seeking an Internet Service Provider (ISP) for its new office at WTC 2, South Jakarta, which is expected to be operational by December 2026.

Objective
To appoint a qualified ISP to provide reliable, secure, and fully operational internet services for the KATALIS office, including installation, monitoring, and technical support.

Scope of Services
The selected ISP will:

• Deliver, install, test, and commission internet services at the KATALIS office.
• Provide bandwidth options of 100 Mbps, 150 Mbps, and 200 Mbps (Symmetric) with CIR 1:1.
• Provide 16 Public IP addresses, 24/7 helpdesk support, web-based bandwidth monitoring, fiber optic connectivity, and SLA of 99.5% or higher.
• Supply and install all required networking equipment, including router and cabling to the server room.
• Coordinate any required approvals with building management, with all associated costs included in the quotation.
• Provide user training and a minimum two-week trial period.

Key Deliverables

• Fully operational internet connection by December 2026.
• Equipment specification documentation.
• Basic training for KATALIS IT personnel.
• Regular monthly performance and SLA reports.

Contract Period The initial contract term will be one year, with an option to extend for an additional year based on performance and operational needs. Services are expected to commence on 1 January 2027, with a maximum contract period of 24 months ending on 31 December 2028.
