Program Background
The Australian Government's Economic and Social Infrastructure Program (ESIP) works with partners to deliver economic and social infrastructure that benefits all Papua New Guineans. ESIP works across sectors such as energy, telecommunications, health and markets, and supports Papua New Guinea's state-owned enterprise improvement program.
Cross-cutting activities are embedded into all aspects of ESIP's program delivery. These include gender equity, disability, social inclusion (GEDSI) and safeguards, climate change and disaster resilience, and locally led development.

Role Purpose
The Program Performance Adviser will provide technical support to the Director Program Performance in effective program management and delivery of quality products across ESIP. This role will lead and support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of ESIP's program performance.

About You
Key selection criteria for the potential successful candidate includes, but not limited to:
• Tertiary qualifications in in International Development or related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years of practical and demonstrated experience in international development, adaptative program management and leadership
• Experience at a senior level in program and project management and delivery, managing complex priorities, and interfacing with multiple clients for solutions.
