KATALIS 2.0 program is seeking a qualified contractor to design and undertake the fit-out of an office space in Jakarta.
Background
Palladium supports the implementation of the second phase of IA-CEPA ECP KATALIS 2.0 (“Katalis”) program, a five year, A$37.7 million initiative funded by the Australian Government which aims to maximise the benefits of IA-CEPA by improving market access and enabling increased, inclusive trade and investment that supports sustainable economic growth in Indonesia, particularly for women, people with disabilities, SMEs, smallholder producers and low-income communities. Building on phase one, it will deepen Indonesia–Australia economic cooperation, advance IA-CEPA implementation and its broader intent, and pilot scalable, commercially viable partnerships in priority sectors. KATALIS 2.0 commenced in March 2026 and is seeking a qualified contractor to design and undertake the fit-out of a 543.67 sqm office space located at WTC 2, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 29–31, Setiabudi, South Jakarta. The premises are currently in a bare-shell condition. The space is intended to accommodate the KATALIS team through to at least January 2031 and requires full fit-out and reconfiguration to meet operational needs. The project is expected to commence in late August 2026 and be completed by early November 2026.
