The Role
The Hub Director will lead the KINETIK Hub, ensuring activities align with KINETIK Design and DFAT's strategic goals. They will oversee strategy, activities, and performance, collaborating with DFAT and partners to support Indonesia's clean energy transition.

About You
Experience and Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as public policy, international development, infrastructure, law, project management, business administration or related field.
At least 15 years’ experience in managing comprehensive, high-level advisory programs, support units and/or facilities for DFAT or other donor-funded programs.
Experience in budget management, financial oversight, monitoring and performance metrics that informed decision-making for a complex program with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
Be adept at identifying and responding to critical resource and capacity gaps to advance progressive reforms whilst ensuring local ownership.
An understanding of the issues across the climate, energy and infrastructure landscape in Indonesia.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is desirable).
Demonstrated experience in briefing and working closely with government officials in a donor context.
High level communication skills and capacity to motivate and lead staff in a culturally diverse setting.
Skills and Attributes
Exceptional at cultivating and sustaining results-driven stakeholder relationships within an intricate context.
In-depth knowledge of development issues, project management methodologies, and best practices.
High-level interpersonal communication, encompassing both verbal and written skills.
Adept at collaborative teamwork and navigating intricate cross-cultural settings, fostering productive internal relationships, and nurturing a culture of ongoing learning.
