The Role

The Pacific Women Lead Enabling Services (PWLES) program and grants management portfolio has significantly expanded since its inception in 2022. PWLES now manages direct grants and provides co-management and direct procurement support to various in-country partners across the Pacific. To support this, PWLES is recruiting a Grants and Procurement Officer who will manage procurement and grant activities; ensure compliance with organizational requirements and policies; provide guidance and advice on grant and procurement processes; and coordinate with grantees, partners and PWL stakeholders to ensure smooth grantmaking and procurement of goods and services.

This role is critical in strengthening PWLES’ operational capacity to manage an increasing portfolio while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong partnerships across the Pacific.
