Summary
Background
The Fiji Program Support Platform (FPSP, also referred to as the ‘Platform’) is an Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) funded initiative. Commencing from January 2025, it will contribute to the delivery of Fiji’s national development priorities, in line with Australia's International Development Policy, the Fiji-Australia Vuvale Partnership and the Development Partnership Plan.
The Platform will deliver key bilateral programs, such as health, education, scholarships, social infrastructure, governance and emergency preparedness and response. Platform activities will identify and address climate risks, promote climate action, and gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI) across and beyond the sector programs. The Fiji Program Support Platform will operate until 30 September 2029.
Description
Abt Global, through FPSP’s Fiji Social Infrastructure Program (FSIP), seeks to engage a suitably qualified Chartered Professional Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant with demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary design review, including education and/or health projects.
To leverage global technical depth for complex infrastructure reviews, Respondents are welcome and encouraged to draw on international parent, affiliate, or partner company resources to support QA oversight, senior technical review, and specialist input, provided the primary point of accountability sits with the contracted entity and the proposed team demonstrably meets the requirements of this RFQ.
Submission
Submissions will be evaluated by an independent evaluation assessment panel, and the successful bidder will be formally notified of the outcome of the process.
