Key responsibilities:
· Support the development and implementation of an annual Alumni Engagement Plan, in accordance with the Australian Alumni in Vietnam Strategy 2022-25 and/or Aus4Skills program objectives.
· Contribute to Annual Plans, Annual Reports, budgets and other ad-hoc reports for alumni engagement in an accurate, timely and reliable manner.
· Support the delivery of alumni events in accordance with approved annual plans and relevant policies and procedures, including but not limited to a range of high-level alumni and public diplomacy events
· Provide support for the Australian Alumni Grants Fund (AAGF) Administration
· Working closely with the MIS Manager, support the process of maintaining an up-to-date and effective alumni database system that supports and promotes registration of alumni and facilitates access to alumni information for multiple purposes.
· Contribute to ongoing monitoring, evaluation and learning for alumni activities and initiatives including data collection and maintenance, information analysis and reporting.
· Use online platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, to search and target alumni, and support the process of overseeing the Australian Alumni in Vietnam Facebook fan page.
· Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required.
Selection criteria:
· Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional experience, in business, communications, marketing, public relations, human resources or equivalent professional experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and strong oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English language.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience such as project coordination, human resource development, public relations or education management.
· Proven experience with coordinating the planning and delivery of a variety of events, such as short course delivery, workshops, conferences and seminars in Vietnam.
· Proven professional experience in an international project or development context.
· Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications and great attention to detail.
