Position Overview: 

The Travel Officer is responsible for arranging travel and associates support to Abt personnel in Papua New Guinea.

About You

For applications to be considered, a response to the key selection criteria below must be provided;

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in business management, administration, project management, social science and/ or another relevant discipline.
• Basic experience in coordinating and managing administrative, travel, and logistics tasks.
• Some relevant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (internships or volunteer work acceptable).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Tok Pisin.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service, with a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
