This role will manage personnel performance, allocate resources effectively, and provide support for team development. Additionally, the Team Leader contributes to the overall success and culture of the MAP Support Unit, ensuring compliance with policies, managing risks, and maximizing program value. Mekong-Australia Partnership Support Unit (MAP)

The Mekong-Australia Partnership (MAP) Phase 2 Support Unit (SU) aims to deliver effective support and services directed by the Mekong Hub at the Australian Embassy in Bangkok. Its goal is to establish Australia as a trusted partner in fostering a resilient and sustainable Mekong subregion. The Support Unit will implement the Leadership and Skills program, offering access to Australia Awards-MAP (AA-MAP) scholarships, short courses, and training, while also providing administrative and logistical support for various MAP activities. A key component of the program includes a selection process for scholarships, following the Australia Awards Scholarship Policy Handbook.
