The Opportunity

• Short-term adviser position, up to 30 input days over three-months
• Must be available to travel and work in PNG
• Key position working closely with the Department of Personnel Management

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to work alongside the Secretary for the Department of Personnel Management (DPM). The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for providing high-level advice and co-facilitation of workshops for multiple agencies, assisting with the development, review, and implementation of select GoPNG agency learning and development plans.
