Specialist Health Service:
Managed by Abt Global, the Specialist Health Service (SHS) provides strategic input on health to the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
SHS is the primary source from which DFAT accesses health and development expertise and advisory services to improve the quality of health programming across DFAT's global and regional health portfolio, through enabling access to responsive technical advice.
Position: Fiji Regional Health Programs Coordinator (National Position) - Specialist Health Service (SHS)

Fiji Program Support Platform (FPSP)
- Long term role based in Suva, Fiji - commencing January 2025; 3-year contract with possible 2-year extension
- Open to International and National applications
- Seeking suitably qualified applicants with:
- Extensive senior management and executive leadership experience in aligning roles providing strategic decision-making, team leadership, and being accountable for program outcomes.
- Excellent theoretical understanding of MEL and experience in designing and implementing MERLA systems.
- Experience in overseeing complex communications and public diplomacy efforts for large-scale programs.
Fiji Program Support Platform (FPSP)
- Locally engaged role – commencing January 2025 to 30 June 2025
- Remote within Fiji with frequent travel to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Suva
