Abt Associates is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the Operations & Security Manager role on the Papua New Guinea Institutional Partnerships Program (PIPP) Program. This role is based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea and open to PNG citizens.

Tetra Tech International Development, the Managing Contractor for the Australia Awards Papua New Guinea (AAPNG) Program, is seeking Service Providers to tender for the provision of Security Services in Port Moresby, and Secure Transportation to other Regional Centres in PNG as required. Tenders are sought in accordance with the AAPNG Tender Guidelines and as per the details more fully described in this Request for Tender (RFT) documentation. Details of the services are included in Part B – Scope of Services.

To tender to provide and deliver the services the Service Provider must be a Registered business and covered under Security (Protection) Industry Act 2004 in Papua New Guinea.

AAPNG will exclude a Service Provider on the grounds of bankruptcy, insolvency, false declarations, or significant deficiencies in performance of any substantive requirement or obligation under a prior contract with Tetra Tech International Development or AAPNG.
