Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to work alongside the Secretary for the Department of Personnel Management (DPM). The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for providing high-level advice and co-facilitation of workshops for multiple agencies, assisting with the development, review, and implementation of select GoPNG agency learning and development plans.

This position will suit someone with strong technical expertise in disability and gender inclusion and/or protection who is comfortable with challenging existing norms and current discriminatory practices.
