Katalis is inviting proposals for a Bilateral Value Chain Analysis for Coffee under the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA). Indonesia is one of the world’s largest coffee producers, yet it supplies only around 3% of Australia's coffee imports. We're looking for a qualified firm to uncover the opportunities, map the challenges, and design a path for mutually beneficial trade and investment in this underleveraged sector.

Alinea International is seeking an individual or team to lead an independent review and learning initiative on community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM) and climate change adaptation (CCA) under the Disaster READY program funded by DFAT and delivered across Pacific nations and Timor-Leste. This contract-based role, valued at up to AUD $100,000, will run from May 2025 to February 2026, requiring approximately 70 days of input, including both desk-based work and in-country travel. The review will assess the effectiveness, inclusiveness, and impact of CBDRM/CCA initiatives, foster cross-country learning, and provide forward-looking recommendations. Background of the Program

The DFAT-funded Knowledge Partnership Platform (KONEKSI) is Australia’s flagship program in the Indonesia knowledge and innovation sector. KONEKSI’s goal is to achieve an enduring relationship between Indonesia and Australia that advances mutual interest and supports Indonesia’s inclusive and sustainable development. The purpose of the program is to increase the use of knowledge-based solutions for inclusive and sustainable policies and technologies. This purpose positions KONEKSI as a vehicle to produce knowledge on complex socio-economic problems, where effective solutions are often beyond a unique sector or category of stakeholders. It will support both the knowledge to policy cycle (K2P) and the knowledge to innovation cycle (K2I), in a complementary and synergistic way. KONEKSI will focus on two End of Investment Outcomes (EOIOs): 

1.    Australian and Indonesian organisations have increased collaboration and mutual understanding through knowledge partnerships; and 
2.    Innovative solutions for inclusive and sustainable policies and technologies are generated by knowledge partnerships.

This program will support Timor-Leste’s preparation for ASEAN membership by strengthening the English language proficiency of government officials. 

Tetra Tech International Development, the Managing Contractor for the Australia Awards in Indonesia (AAI) is seeking tenders for the design and delivery of the Promoting Integrity, Transparency and Leadership in the Public Sector short course. AAI will exclude a tenderer on the grounds of bankruptcy, insolvency, false declarations, or significant deficiencies in performance of any substantive requirement or obligation under a prior contract with Tetra Tech International Development or AAI.
