The DFAT (Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) Social Protection, Inclusion and Gender equality (SPRING) program is Australia’s flagship investment of support to the Philippine Government on Social Protection, Gender Equality, Disability, Social Inclusion and Indigenous Inclusion.

Registration on Interest and Inquiries
A pre-tender briefing for interested organizations is scheduled on 9 July 2026 (time to be advised) via online(Microsoft Teams) or offline at SPRING office:

A site visit is scheduled on July 10, 13, and 14, 2026. Bidders are strongly encouraged to conduct a site visit prior to submission. Failure to do so will not be accepted as justification for claims, variations, or additional costs arising from site conditions that could reasonably have been identified.
All queries must be submitted by 22 July 2026 (Manila time) by email to procurement@springphilippines.org. Responses will be shared with all bidders.
Application submission
All proposal submissions must be received in electronic copy, each proposal separately, by email to procurement@springphilippines.org no later than 30 July 2026 at 11:59 pm (Manila time)
