The Program
Southeast Asia Leadership Program
Under the Australia Awards Global Support Mechanism (AAGSM), Palladium delivers the Southeast Asia Leadership Program (SEALP) and two additional Southeast Asia leadership and scholarship programs on behalf of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
SEALP is a new initiative that contributes to greater high-level understanding and linkages between Australia and Southeast Asia by supporting emerging and current leaders and decision-makers across the region to undertake undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships, as well as targeted shorter educational activities.

The Role
As the Program Officer, you will provide logistical, event management, administrative, and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) support across the Southeast Asia Leadership Program (SEALP) and other leadership programs. Working closely with the Senior Operations Coordinator and other team members, you will help strengthen operational functions and support program monitoring, evaluation and learning activities across the portfolio. The role will contribute to the implementation of the program MEL Plan and support the delivery of reporting requirements to DFAT.
