Palladium – Innovation for Indonesia’s School Children (INOVASI) Phase 3 is inviting proposals from reputable and qualified firms to serve as our Preferred Event Organizer, delivering integrated Event Management, Communication, and Advocacy support services.

Description
The INOVASI Program (Innovation for Indonesia’s School Children) is a partnership between the Governments of Australia and Indonesia in the field of basic education. INOVASI collaborates with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), as well as provincial and district partners in West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, North Kalimantan, East Java, West Java, Maluku, and the Capital City of Nusantara.
INOVASI is managed by Palladium on behalf of the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and has been operating since January 2016.

- Preparation and Management of the Event
- Participant's Management
- Event Venue arrangement
- Event Reference Material
- Participant Registration and Information Support
- Communication and Public Relation
- Virtual Event Arrangement

And Other Logistic Arrangements and Event Management
Expected Output:
- Successful implementation of the event reflected by the number of attendance (participants), media coverage and positive feedback from the counterparts;
- High quality of communications materials;
- Individual Event Report including actual participant attendance list, financial report, minutes of meetings, media coverage, and results of participant’s survey to assess the relevance and quality of the event upon request from INOVASI;
- Documentation of the event in the form of video and photographs submitted to the INOVASI Communications team in a format and delivery method that have been agreed by INOVASI.
