About the Proposal

On behalf of the Australian Government, the Incentive Fund (IF5) invites applications from suitably qualified Lead Design Consultants to assemble and manage a multidisciplinary design team for the infrastructure upgrade at Kumin Primary School in Mendi, Southern Highlands Province, Papua New Guinea.

The successful consultant will work closely with the Incentive Fund to ensure the timely completion and delivery of designs for classrooms, ablution blocks, and associated infrastructure, in compliance with relevant PNG and Australian building codes and standards.
