The DEV+ Panel will offer DFAT and other government agencies a centralised resource for accessing expert services that contribute to the delivery of international development assistance. It will enable users to contract support across all stages of international development activities including design, procurement, assurance, implementation, and evaluation.
The Panel’s objectives are to strengthen the impact and effectiveness of Australia’s development investments, ensure DFAT and other government agencies can access timely, high-quality advice and support, and build the department’s capability to deliver international development programs with confidence and agility.
The Head Agreement arrangements entered into as a result of this procurement, will be for a term of up to four (4) years with two extension options up to three (3) years each for a potential total of up to ten (10) years. All Head Agreements under this Panel will conclude on 31 October 2029, unless extension options are exercised.
