The Role
Prospera is supporting Ministry of Manpower, National Economic Council, Bappenas, and Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs in their effort to fill the knowledge gaps in how changes in labour market policies, in particular minimum wage, affect all its stakeholders.
Prospera is seeking to engage an experience survey firm to conduct targeted field surveys in 19 provinces in Indonesia. The survey results are expected to offer insights on how labour market stakeholders respond to changes in wage policies.

About You
The Consultancy requires a minimum of eight years of experience in designing and conducting similar surveys for both governmental and non-governmental clients. The bidder should have established systems for managing nationwide surveys and handling confidential data. A proven track record of high-quality survey implementation, along with experience in collecting both quantitative and qualitative data from diverse labour market stakeholders. The ability to operate flexibly based on client demands while maintaining high technical and professional standards is also necessary, as well as enumerators proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia.
Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
