The Role

Prospera is seeking the services of a highly qualified organisation or consortium to undertake analysis and design the institutional and market frameworks for biofuel, hydrogen, and its derivatives, as well as captured carbon systems in Indonesia. The consultancy will provide the roadmaps that guide the decision-making that delivers competitive industries, economic growth, and job growth, with a just and sustainable transition at its core.

About You

The firms must have extensive experience, aggregately, in:

•      Consulting the government (directly or indirectly through development partners) in developing policy pathways for low-carbon hydrogen, sustainable biofuels and/or captured carbon systems.

•      Advising private sectors in establishing business and investing in low-carbon hydrogen, sustainable biofuels and/or captured carbon systems.

•      Developing projects in low-carbon hydrogen, sustainable biofuels and/or captured carbon systems. This expertise spans project design, implementation, and policy guidance, helping shape effective and sustainable energy solutions for the future of Indonesia's renewable fuel system.

•      The firm’s Project Team must demonstrate a deep understanding of international approaches to renewable energy systems design and the Indonesian political-economy context. They must harness cutting-edge skills and expertise across the energy industry, technologies, and stakeholders.
 

Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
