The Australian Government's Economic and Social Infrastructure Program (ESIP) works with partners to deliver economic and social infrastructure that benefits Papua New Guineans. Role Purpose
The Business Performance Reporting Adviser is responsible for developing and implementing a reporting framework to monitor and evaluate the financial and service delivery performance of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to support Kumul Consolidated Holdings (KCH) information and decision-making process. The role requires a commercially focused approach to support improved business performance and financial viability across the enterprises.

About You
Key selection criteria for the potential successful candidate includes, but not limited to:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance reporting, financial analysis, or a related role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and experience with database management
- Knowledge and / or experience of applying GEDSI and safeguards principles.
