The Role

Prospera, in support of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT), Ministry of Finance, is seeking the services of a qualified consulting firm to provide technical assistance and competency development to DGT for the Core Tax Administration System (CTAS) post-implementation information technology infrastructure support and maintenance. This initiative focuses on ensuring the sustainability, reliability, and optimal performance of CTAS by addressing system monitoring, infrastructure management, security, backup and recovery, and performance optimisation. The Consultant shall also deliver training, knowledge transfer, and relevant certifications to equip the designated DGT personnel with the skills needed for system management to ensure CTAS operates securely and efficiently in support of Indonesia’s tax administration goals.

About You

The Consultant must:

•      Have been operational for at least three (3) years in providing system development and consultancy services to successfully implement large-scale systems integration and IT solutions in large organisations, preferably in the governmental sector.

•      Propose the most suitable team composition (combination of qualifications, skills, and experiences of the experts as well as the number of input days that such experts will provide) comprising of highly qualified personnel with strong academic and professional background as well as extensive practical experience to deliver similar tasks as required in the Terms of Reference.
 

Remuneration
Various – consulting firm with multiple roles. Rate is according to DFAT Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF).
