Consultancy Services (Technical Assistant) - Atauro Island Solar Renewable Energy Project

 

DT Global Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (DT Global), through the Partnership for Inclusive Prosperity Program (PROSIVU), is seeking a qualified consultancy firm to provide Technical Assistant services for the Atauro Island Solar Renewable Energy Project in Timor-Leste.

This initiative is part of Timor-Leste's efforts to expand energy access and transition to renewable energy, with a focus on delivering solar power and battery energy storage systems to Atauro Island.

The selected consultant will play a critical role in contributing to the pre-EPC phase of the project for Eletricidade de Timor-Leste, Empresa Pública (EDTL,EP), the State-Owned Electricity Company of Timor-Leste.

 

The consultant is required to demonstrate expertise across in the following areas:

·         Conceptual renewable energy system design (solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage solutions)

·         Detailed design of renewable energy infrastructure

·         Feasibility studies, risk assessments, and demand verification

·         Cost estimation and financial modelling for renewable energy projects

·         Familiarity with FIDIC and EPC contract models

·         National and international standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, SPLN)

·         Stakeholder engagement and management
