About KINETIK Hub

The Indonesia-Australia Climate and Infrastructure Partnership (Kemitraan untuk Iklim, Energi Terbarukan dan Infrastruktur), known as KINETIK, deepens bilateral cooperation on reducing emissions and promoting clean energy systems and industries to accelerate Indonesia’s transition towards net zero. The Partnership – a DT Global-operated Hub supporting the three implementing spokes (ADI, PIDG and Prospera) with strategic direction from DFAT – will crowd in Australian and international private and institutional investment in infrastructure and businesses to address Indonesia’s lack of risk-tolerant capital needed to decarbonize the economy, develop renewables and meet international commitments. This will be achieved through policy and regulatory reform, incentivizing private investment into Indonesia’s SMEs, and incentivizing private investment in Indonesia’s renewable energy and green infrastructure.
