About the opportunity
Scope Global is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Team Leaders and Program Managers with experience in delivering international scholarship programs to join our growing International Scholarships and Mobility portfolio of programs as part of current and upcoming roles. These positions will have responsibility for the strategic leadership and operational management of required program functions. We are also seeking expressions of interest from administrative and support staff with relevant international scholarship program experience.
About you
To be successful, you will have strong adaptive leadership/management skills and a proven ability to deliver results. You will have demonstrated experience in the strategic management of complex, multi-stakeholder Australian government funded scholarship programs. You will have experience delivering the public diplomacy objectives of Australian government-funded programs and with the ability to build strong relationships with partner governments. You will be adept in driving and reporting against effective integrated program design and key performance indicators, and in the leadership and management of teams. You will be willing to potentially relocate to outside of Australia.
Experience in leadership positions in DFAT-funded international scholarship programs in the Indo-Pacific such as Australia Awards will be highly advantageous. Experience with the management of Gender Equality, Disability & Social Inclusion Policy and Activities is highly desirable.
