Tenders are sought in accordance with the AAPNG Tender Guidelines and as per the details more fully described in this Request for Tender (RFT) documentation. Details of the services are included in Part B – Scope of Services.

To tender to provide and deliver the services the Service Provider must be a Registered business and covered under National Information and Communication Technology Act 2009 in Papua New Guinea.

AAPNG will exclude a Service Provider on the grounds of bankruptcy, insolvency, false declarations, or significant deficiencies in performance of any substantive requirement or obligation under a prior contract with Tetra Tech International Development or AAPNG.

Abt Global is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the Capacity Development Advisor –Commerce, Trade, Industry and Economic Development role on the Australia PNG Subnational Program. This role is based in Buka, Autonomous Region of Bougainville, Papua New Guinea and open to PNG Citizens only.

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the Program Officer is a key member of a small program team implementing the DFAT-funded Cambodia Development Support Unit (CDSU) program. The Program Officer will support delivery of program activities by undertaking operations, logistics, and administrative functions. A key responsibility is procurement and contract management of technical advisers and other sub-contracted suppliers. The Program Officer also supports project and budget management activities and stakeholder engagement. 

The position is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and is a locally recruited role National or returning national candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
