Role

We are currently looking for profiles in the Business Development space.

- Bid Associate for Economic Growth portfolio (Grade 15).

- Bid Coordinator for Infrastructure portfolio (Grade 14).

Location
Both the roles are full-time permanent basis.

Bid Coordinator for Infrastructure portfolio - Brisbane

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Support capture and proposal planning processes.
Coordinate all teaming/subcontractor agreements and recruitment and contracting of proposed staff.
Act as the main point of contact and create meaningful relationships with partners, subcontractors, and freelance consultants.
Coordinate inputs from proposal team members and write select sections of proposals.
Maintain a high win rate on proposals submitted together, with a continual review for quality, pricing, and efficiency improvements.
Maintain excellent relationships with key clients and support strategies for new client engagement.
Arrange for final production and submission of all client proposals.

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

Relevant Bachelor’s degree would be an advantage.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in international development would be ideal.
Some sales or marketing experience would be an advantage.
Strong networking and partnership management skills, including the ability to join the dots and acquire, analyse, and interpret useful market intelligence from diverse sources.
Ability to adapt to changing and demanding situations at work.Regional (APAC) languages are a plus.
