The Receptionist and Office Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing comprehensive support in office administration and coordination, including managing booking systems for desks and meeting rooms.

The position will perform the receptionist task and undertake office administrative duties, including fleet management and room meeting booking, and supporting the Office & WHS Senior Manager on other office-related administrative arrangements.

The HR and Administration Assistant will provide support to the Operations and Program Coordinator, and the Senior HR Officer, and assist in various recruitment and office administrative tasks.

The Adviser is responsible for progressing Katalis’s work on Market Integration. The role will suit a person who is accomplished in working with large businesses and across value chains to develop and operationalise activities. Commencing with business partnership activities in agriculture, agrifood, advanced manufacturing, green energy and digital services, the work will extend to other sectors (e.g., finance, creative economy, professional, ICT and Telco services) over the course of the program. The Adviser’s work will support development of deeper market integration through industry engagement and business partnerships that leverage commercial complementarities between Australia and Indonesia. The role requires expertise in managing relationships in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment and experience in collaborating with the business community on inclusive economic activities that can accelerate bilateral trade and investment.

South Asia Regional Infrastructure Connectivity (SARIC) is a DFAT funded program and aims to deepen economic linkages and support regional prosperity and inclusive growth by enabling more, better-quality and socially inclusive connectivity infrastructure in South Asia, with a focus on the energy and transport sector. One of the crucial components for achieving the same includes -Training and Networking Services (TNS) being managed by Palladium from 2022 to 2025 through a series of short-term training and networking events. Through this announcement, we are seeking proposals from an Australian higher education provider (see Table A, B, C of the Higher Education Support Act 2003); approved regional/South Asian higher education institute; or Universities with global accreditations- accredited by Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB); higher educational institutions that are officially accredited or recognised higher education institutions (HEIs) as per International Association of Universities; Vocational educational and training institutes/organisations/consulting firms registered under the respective countries land laws or government mandate to design and deliver a Short Term Training in ‘Power Markets’ (South Asia). The purpose of this SARIC project announcement is to solicit applications from interested parties for providing short term training- ‘Power Markets’ for the South Asia region in October-December 2023. The training shall focus broadly on topics of Power Market with a combination of online and offline learning activities, site visits, case studies and interactions with Australian experts, organisations and institutions.
